Ohh Man. I loved this book. It’s been a long time since I read a novel by Nicholas Sparks.
He doesn’t disappoint in this one too. Although this one is a lot different from his others. I must say good different.
Collin has a shady past. He is currently on the mend. He wants to become a teacher and is studying. Serena is his classmate and also Maria’s sister.
Maria, a lawyer, is dealing with her own issues. Serena sets up their meeting. After which, their love affair begins.
Their love is tested when a stalker starts threatening Maria. Collin takes the matter into his own hands. He starts investigating the occurrences and also the characters in Maria’s past. As he reasons,”I want to put a face to the name.” A lot of people are under his scrutiny. Each one of them likely to be the stalker.
Yet, who is the stalker?
The suspense holds till the end.
I would give it 4/5 rating.
