This was my second book after Gone Girl from the author Gillian Flynn. Next Sharp Objects is on my list.
Libby Day, is a girl who lost her whole family in a single night. The story tells how that night and following years shaped her personality and perception of the World.
The adult Libby has closed the door to her memories of that dreadful day. But is now forced to face them to find the truth.
The story slowly unravels her mystery allowing you to meet and understand every character involved.
An engaging narrative presented in a wonderful manner by the author. You never loose the thread of the story even when told from different perspectives.
I totally enjoyed it.
